Description

Virtual classroom courses run over three time slots to allow all suitable students to attend and fit in other commitments as needed.

The Diploma Programme includes training and certification in three MS Office subjects with additional typing and audio training. The MS Office and typing training can be made available online.

Diploma Detail

The Diploma components are:

  1. Complimentary Beginner Skills course if requested
  2. Souters' Secretary/PA Course
  3. MS Word 2016 to Proficient Level
  4. MS Outlook 2016 to Proficient Level
  5. MS PowerPoint or MS Excel 2016 to Proficient Level
  6. Typing and audio training.


Once all elements are completed a full range of certificates will be issued together with the overriding Diploma itself.

What does “tutor is available to students” mean? It sounds like the tutor isn’t teaching students. Is it mainly self taught? How many classroom hours?

Answer:

The PA/ Secretary Course, which is part of the Diploma, has a live trainer online running the course throughout; it is a live course. Assistance is available with the MS Office training but rarely needed as the training system is very effective.
