Overview

This course provides a framework for students to examine the varied and dynamic nature of organisations' structures and internal relations. The aim throughout is to enhance personal and organisational effectiveness and to identify both alternative structures and common patterns of behaviour in organisations.

Packed with examples from real business, self-assessment exercises, assignments and task-based activities, this course will enable students to more easily develop their knowledge and skills.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
