The NEBOSH Construction Certificate is split into three units, each assessed individually.

Unit NGC1: Management of Health and Safety

Unit NCC1: Managing and controlling hazards in construction activities

Unit NCC2: Construction health and safety practical application

The aim of this unit is to assess a delegate’s ability to successfully carry out a safety inspection of a construction workplace and produce a report.

Examinations

Assessment comprises of one half day exam for NCC1 and 2-hour practical based assessment for NCC2.

Payments for courses made within the EU (only) are subject to UK VAT at the current rate.

Who is this course for?

The course is aimed at those with construction management responsibilities including Supervisors, Managers and Duty Holders as well as those whose role requires them to provide advice on health and safety in construction work. It is also suitable for those who wish to develop their career further, building upon knowledge and skills gained from the NEBOSH General Certificate.

Requirements

You must have successfully completed Unit NGC1 of the NEBOSH General Certificate within 5 years before starting this course.
