Assessment

For the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning, learners must prepare written assignments for knowledge-based units and show practical demonstrations or submit observation reports for Competence/Skill-Based units.

A qualified assessor will initially assess all evidence and further assess by an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to ensure that the learner properly accomplishes all the learning outcomes of the qualification.

Learners must submit an assignment for the Home Based Childcare Course - Level 3 and obtain at least 60% marks. After successful completion, the student will be deemed competent in the subject matter.
