Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at learners who wish to know and understand how to format email message content by using character and paragraph formatting, create or insert graphic elements, such as charts, tables, and SmartArt graphics, into messages. You will also want to know how to send messages to private recipients by using the Bcc field. You will also want to know how to create contact records, tasks, and appointments from incoming messages, and they set up contact groups to facilitate communication with other Outlook users. Learners will also want to know how to share schedule information with other Outlook users too, schedule meetings involving people and system resources, and delegate tasks to others. You will be looking for knowledge of how to organize messages and other Outlook items, and display different views of mail folders and of the calendar, address book, and task list along whilst also displaying multiple calendars and share calendars with other Outlook users. The Microsoft Digital Literacy curriculum teaches essential computing skills to those new to computing and for people interested in improving their current skills. This benefit is available to all IT Academy members.
