Overview

Marketing Communications (MarComs) is a fundamental and complex part of a company’s marketing efforts. It can be defined as all the messages and media you deploy to communicate with the market and includes advertising, direct marketing, branding, packaging, your online presence, printed materials, PR activities, sales presentations, sponsorships, trade show appearances and more. This course highlights the importance of market and consumer research and developing a customer centric strategy. Through a deep understanding of consumers’ mindsets, you will be able to effectively build, manage and strategically position your marketing efforts. The course also covers the essential marketing strategies, enabling delegates to obtain the highest return on investment (ROI) from the Strategic Marketing.
