Managing Benefits™ is a globally recognised and highly sort after qualification desirable to employers globally. The purpose of the Managing Benefits™ guidance and certification scheme is to provide managers and practitioners from multiple disciplines, working in a variety of organisations, with generally applicable guidance encompassing benefits management principles, practices and techniques.

“Managing Benefits” has been carefully designed to complement existing Best Practice in portfolio, programme and project management such as PRINCE2®, MSP® & MoP®.

This course provides participants with a thorough understanding of the Managing Benefits approach, providing the skills needed to confidently manage benefits realisation in line with strategic aims of a business and its day to day running.

Course Duration

The duration of the combined Managing Benefits™ course, is 35 hours of self-study. You will have access to the course for six months from registration, allowing you to study at your own pace and in your own time.

Answer:

Hi, the cost of APMG Managing Benefits online exam(s) Foundation: £168.00, Practitioner: £270.00 (inc. VAT). The manual, if required, is £50.00. Prices valid until 31.12.2018.

Hi Emma, We do not have a demo of this course unfortunately. We do have tasters/demos of some of our current eLearning courses which should give you a good example. However I am unable to share url's in the answer. The course material is accredited to the current Managing Benefits 2nd edition (released September 2014), when a new version of the guidance is released we update our courses to reflect.

Hello Barbara Yes the Practitioner exam paper including answers & rationales are included within the course. The practice paper has been replicated as an online test to assist with the style of online examinations.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
