Food Hygiene Managers & Supervisors Package consists of:
- Level 3 Supervising Food Safety
- Level 3 Managing HACCP
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (Certificate in Catering, Manufacturing or Retail)
- Level 2 HACCP in Understanding
- Allergen Awareness or Allergen Awareness Manufacture
- CoSHH in the Food Industry
- Health and Safety for Food Workers
- Managing Disinfection and Hygiene
- Pest Awareness
Duration
Each course has it's own individual duration but learners can complete our food hygiene course at their own pace.
Combined learning time: 21 - 23 hours
Assessment
The online assessment for each course consists of multiple choice questions. In order to be successful, candidates must achieve a certain pass mark to obtain the certificate. Each course within this package will have different targets according to the course criteria.

It is industry practice to renew every 3 years as to keep up with food legislation, our managers & supervisors package has been made available to make this process easier.

(Food Hygiene) Managers & Supervisors Package Certification
On successful completion of each assessment, the candidate will be able to print/save their food hygiene certificate. In addition to this, an email is sent to the candidate containing a link to the certificate.
This is the simplest, most convenient way to achieve compliance. Also, a QR code has been added to the certificate, which can be scanned by a smartphone to establish the certificate’s validity.
