Management Accounting is a field of Accounting that specializes in the identification, measurement, analysis and interpretation of the accounting information that assists organisational management in the Decision making Process. Unlike Financial Accounting, Management Accounting is focused on internal data gathering, reporting and decision making.

The skills set that is required for a management accounting included the ability to produce Cost Evaluations and Analysis, Pricing Decisions, Budgets and Forecasting, Investment Analysis and Performance Analysis metrics such as Ratio Analysis, Variance Analysis etc.
