Due to the increasingly global nature of banking activities, there is greater demand for an understanding of the instruments used in money and foreign exchange markets. This course provides solutions to the challenges banks face in the financial services industry.
You will gain an insight into the characteristics of the commercial banking sector, the global nature of banking activities and the impact of new business models. There are also topics covering the main types of risk financial institutions encounter, as well as the techniques used to manage them.

Duration:
Full-time 15 months (12 months on campus, 3 months online dissertation)
Part-time 24 months (12-24 months on campus, 3-6 months online dissertation)
Online 15-36 months (100% online with optional blended study on campus)
Requirements
- UK undergraduate degree or equivalent – any subject area
- English Levels 5.5 IELTS (5.5.in all bands) – or equivalent
- No work experience required, but is considered an asset
Students who fail to meet academic requirements can be assessed on their relevant work experience (5 years management experience minimum for mature study route)
