Requirements

The minimum qualification for admission to the online LLM in Legal Practice (Intellectual Property) is a UK bachelor’s degree in any subject at 2.2 or above, or an equivalent qualification. However, alternative legal, vocational, or professional qualifications and/or experience may be taken into account.


If you are an international student whose first language is not English, you will be required to pass the IELTS test with a score of 6.5 in each of the four heads. The University also accepts the equivalent score in other recognised English-language tests.
