Overview

The CMI Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management provides a broader knowledge of management skills while focusing on the specific areas appropriate to you and your workplace.

Description

Assessment is achieved through the writing of two 2,000 – 2,500 word assignments. You will have the option to submit a draft of your assignment, which will be assessed and for which feedback will be provided on possible/necessary improvements.

Throughout the qualification you will have your own dedicated Personal Tutor/ Assessor who will support you in successfully completing the qualification. You will liaise with your Personal Tutor/ Assessor on an individual basis through online meeting software such as Skype, Email or telephone (UK only). You will also have 24/7 access to online support materials which include assignment templates, comprehensive learning resources and a ‘Guide to Writing your Assignment’.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
