Overview

ISMM qualifications are 'nested' so you can start with a small qualification and then build on it to get a bigger qualification. The three 'sizes' of qualification available from the ISMM are Awards, Certificates and Diplomas.

Description

This course aims to provide the skills to handle ad overcome sales objections and to negotiate in order to be able to close the sale effectively in a way that is mutually beneficial to both the customer and own organisation.
