Entry Requirement
Learners should meet the following requirements:
- be over 16 years of age
- have a satisfactory level of Literacy and Numeracy skills
- access to three learners at their workplace to complete the observation

- Alongside teaching qualification- English teacher up to level 2- average salary £40,000 varying on location and seniority
- Functional skills tutor- average salary £25,685 per year
