Description
This course is delivered over 3 days and to be awarded the NCFE Level 3 Award in Education and Training, learners must achieve a minimum of 12 credits. This qualification consists of one mandatory unit and 5 optional units and you are required to select totally 3 Units (One Unit from each Group).
The first 2 days involve; Understanding the roles and responsibilities of the teacher and, the various ways of facilitating deeper cognitive learning.
Final day (3rd day) involves; Delegates are given the opportunity to apply the knowledge they have learned through the delivery of a minimum 15 minute practical Micro-Teach session on their own specialist subject area.

Method of Assessment:
No formal examination is required for this course. Following the classroom based training; learners are issued with a selection of written 3 assignments (portfolio) covering the 3 core units studied and one micro teach session (Minimum 15 minutes micro teaching presentation).
This qualification is a progression to Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training, and Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training.
How are the assignment submitted
Assignments are submitted electronically (online) via email to the teacher.
