The Essential Teaching Assistant Programme (ETAP) is an accredited course equivalent to a level 2.

The training course has been designed specifically to meet the needs of learners who prefer to learn the practical side of Teaching and study from home.

The course measurable learning outcomes have been bench marked at Level 2 (using Ofqual’s QCF level descriptors) to allow you to consider the depth of study, difficulty, and level of achievement involved.

Live Lessons - Weekly at 2 hours over an 8 period

Homework - Submitted through electronic portfolio consisting of 8 assignments

Assessments are a great way of checking your progress. To achieve your accreditation you must successfully complete an electronic portfolio (there are no exams). All assessments are submitted to your tutor.
