Overview
Discover your natural leadership skills and learn essential tools to improve your team's performance. Description
Leadership Development Programme
- Leading - Positive leadership helps organisations to achieve success and stability, and its importance is acknowledged in businesses worldwide. It is essential for leaders to be able to inspire, motivate and give clear guidance to their team in order to achieve their goals.
- Coaching - The second part of this programme focuses on executive coaching: the most effective managers coach their staff and teach them how to use best practices, rather than giving direct instructions.
Leaders taking this course will learn training techniques that empower the people that work with them, allowing themselves more time to lead effectively and achieve better results.
Key benefits: Participants will experience a powerful self-discovery and development process that will help them become better leaders. Our unique learning approach means participants will anchor their learning experience through best practice theory, interactive exercises, and working in groups.
Requirements
- Three years professional experience, including a minimum of one year with managerial experience
- Non-native English speakers should be proficient in English and ideally show evidence by providing an International English language certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, Michigan, etc), or evidence of prior studies and work in English speaking environments
