Overview

This online course provides an overview of the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in a deregulated energy network (using the UK as an example of a modern energy industry). On this course, you will learn how to make an informed decision on the best energy supply contract for your organisation and how to undertake accurate bill validation. The course also covers the fundamentals of Demand Side Management and the implications on electricity costs.
