What Job Will I Get?

You will be working in an IT customer service/ helpdesk/ 1st Line Support based environment. Typical duties include taking inbound calls and speaking to customers, advising them on basic IT queries whilst providing a great customer experience every time. Providing technical support remotely and hands-on.
