Overview
The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a management system based on ISO 22716, and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the system in accordance with ISO 19011.
Description
Upon completion of this course delegates will be able to:
- Understand the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for Cosmetic Products
- Describe the role of internal audit in the maintenance and improvement of management systems
- Explain the purpose and structure of ISO 22716
- Plan and prepare for an internal audit, gather audit evidence through observation, interview and sampling of documents and records
- Write factual audit reports that help to improve the effectiveness of the QMS
- Suggest ways in which the effectiveness of corrective action might be verified
