This course provides a practical framework for all levels of delegates to assess and understand the project management approach to these varying business situations.

The content is delivered in a business-oriented way giving you the chance to evaluate the purpose and process elements to your projects and then to develop action strategies to improve both the planning and implementation elements which need to be actioned.

During the day you will be discussing and using very practical tools to assess and discuss processes and elements, which make for positive and acceptable project management actions in relation to your situations.

FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
