Overview

The CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring provides an introduction to the skills, roles and responsibilities of management coach or mentor. 

Duration: 4 – 6 Weeks (Flexible)

By the end of this course you will:

  • Understand the concept and purpose of management coaching and mentoring
  • Be able to determine the use of management coaching as a tool in human resources development
  • Be able to determine the use of management mentoring as a tool in human resources development
  • Understand the relationship between coaching and mentoring and organisational objectives

 

Description

Assessment is 100% online through distance learning/ online delivery method. Assessment is achieved through the writing of one 2,500 – 3,000 word assignment. Our ‘right first time’ approach means that your can submit a draft of your assignment to get clear and constructive feedback from your dedicated Personal Tutor/ Assessor before submitting it for final assessment.

You will also have 24/7 access to support materials which include assignment templates, learning resources and a ‘Guide to Writing your Assignment’. You will liaise with your Personal Tutor/ Assessor on an individual basis through online meeting software such as Skype, Email or telephone (UK only).

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
