The Institute of Leadership and Management’s Level 5 qualifications are designed to develop a comprehensive range of basic middle management skills, giving you the knowledge and abilities required at this career stage.

The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management is highly flexible, allowing learners to select from an extensive range of management and leadership courses. Learners are required to complete units to the value of 13 credits, from the list of Level 4 and 5 courses below (between 3 and 5 courses):

Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements, but participants will normally be practicing managers, or those preparing to enter Middle Management roles.
