Overview

This qualification is designed for new and aspiring junior managers. Pick up the skills and understanding you need to deal with management responsibilities and start your career with confidence.

The single mandatory unit focuses on getting and using information to make effective decisions and find solutions to problems. Take two units from Group 2, which cover managing innovation and change in your organisation or understanding leadership and what it takes to lead and motivate a team. Then work with your employer or training provider to map optional units to your needs and skills gaps. This includes units from Levels 2 and 4, to help your formal career development.

This qualification is modular and does not include an exam. The qualification is achieved by written assessment of each unit which makes up a portfolio.

What Does This Course Cover?
