This innovative diploma course is designed to provide opportunities for students to work as Holistic Health Therapists in their own work settings.
The continual assessment method employed by the College with tutor support and motivation throughout the duration of the course will ensure that you achieve your goals. It will enable the therapist to use treatment tools such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Massage.
Description
Anatomy & Physiology - having this understanding is essential for the use in complementary health therapies
Counselling - helps the client find their own answers and become more in charge of their lives
Basic nutrition - correcting eating habits could be the start of the healing process
Massage - has both physical and psychological benefits
Reflexology - a completely safe, natural aid to restoring the body's healthy balance
Aromatherapy - is the fragrant art of using specially selected aromatic oils for therapeutic purposes
First aid
Practice management - helps overcome the problems and frustrations of starting your own business
Requirements
There is no experience or previous qualifications required for enrolment on this course. It is available to all students, of all academic backgrounds.
