Description
The Distance Learning Health and Social Care Level 3 QCF course would be beneficial if you are planning on working in the health sector or if you are currently working in this area and wish to improve your qualifications and prospects.
Working in health and social care will give you the opportunity to help many different people lead fulfilling lives. You could choose to support older people and work as a home care assistant or in a residential care home. Other jobs may include working with children, families and young people and people with physical or learning disabilities. If you are a good communicator, keen to learn and compassionate, this course would be ideal for you.
There is no previous learning knowledge needed to enrol on the course making it easily accessible to anyone who would like to further their studies. However, if you do have some background knowledge of the industry, you will find this useful.
Requirements
You do not need any prior learning knowledge or experience to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone who wishes to take part in a highly rewarding home study course, although you would be expected to have a reasonable standard of literacy. You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with the full support of your Tutor.
