Description

The Distance Learning Health and Social Care Level 2 QCF course would be beneficial if you are planning on becoming a care provider. This course is one of our most popular and is ideal for anyone wanting to work in the health and social care sector or who are already employed in a care role.

Understanding the specific role of the care provider is important as it relates to a wide range of service users who require different degrees of care.  This course helps you gain knowledge of the mental and physical support that service users require.

Students will cover many subjects including supporting individuals with specific communication needs, implementing person centred approached in health and social care and supporting individuals to eat and drink, to name but a few.

Requirements

You do not need any prior learning knowledge or experience to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone who wishes to take part in a highly rewarding home study course, although you would be expected to have a reasonable standard of literacy. You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with the full support of your Tutor.
