The first step for graduates wanting to convert to law after completing a non-law undergraduate degree. With a clear focus on your future employability, we are more confident than ever in your success and offer our NEW LPC Employment Promise. Successfully complete your September 2016 start full-time GDL at The University of Law, and go onto to study the LPC with us in September 2017. If you don’t get a job in nine months of graduating, we’ll give you 100% of your LPC fees back: 50% of your fees as cashback plus 50% of your fees as credit towards any further courses.

Requirements

A UK undergraduate degree in any discipline (minimum 2:2), or an equivalent qualification.

International students must have the following: a certified copy of any document that proves that you are qualified in English at CEFR level B2 or above in each of the four components of language learning:
- IELTS (academic): Score of 6.5 in all four areas
- Cambridge English: First Certificate, Advanced and Proficiency etc.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
