Please see below an outline of what this workshop could cover. However, we will adapt this to suit your individual company requirements.
The four hour workshop will explore:
- What are the legal responsibilities of director
- How to run board meetings as opposed to management meetings
- What should your future board composition be
- Understanding how to get the best from your board members who have multiple roles, ie shareholder, manager etc.
- How to protect you and your company from increasing litigation
Please note there is no formal assessment or exam for this course.
Who is this course for?
This programme is perfect for board directors and senior managers (maximum numbers are 15 people). Delivery will be either virtual via Zoom or in person, dependant on Government restrictions at the time.
