This 1-unit 5 credit course is a specialist work-related programme for those who want to develop, confirm or extend management experience. Delivered on-line it is an ideal qualification if you want to move and make a successful transition into management.

Description: The Award in Management and Leadership has 1 unit. You have 8 weeks to complete the course and will need to commit to up to 10 hours a week of study. You will study the Principles of Management and Leadership.

Course Content:  There are no examinations. You are assessed by completion of a 2500 word assignment. You will need to achieve a pass grade to achieve the Award.

How will I be taught? This award course is delivered on-line and you will receive support from a designated tutor. Tutors are available by telephone, Skype and email to discuss course materials and give support and assistance with the assignment. All the learning resources and materials required to successfully complete the course are on the EBD Training Solutions Moodle. You will have an electronic portfolio where you will upload your assignments and receive feedback from your tutor.

How much does the course Cost? £99.00 plus Edexcel Pearson Certification fee and admin fee of £75.00. The course fees cover all study materials, personal tutor support and assessments. To get started a payment of £99.00 is required. The certification and admin fee can be paid upon completion of the course.
