Module 2 - FOOD HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY

  • Food Poisoning
  • Pet safety

Module 3 – NUTRITION FOR CHILDREN FROM BIRTH TO 16 YEARS

  • Weaning and feeding babies
  • Healthy eating for children aged between 1 and 3 years
  • Healthy eating for pre-school children between 3 and 5 years
  • Healthy eating for school age children between 6 and 12 years
  • Healthy eating for teenagers

Module 4 – KEY NUTRIENTS AND VITAMINS

Module 5 – NUTRITIONAL GUIDELINES AND MENU PLANNING
