I formally learnt how to develop a Winning Value Proposition when I was the Regional Franchise Operations Director with the responsibility of developing new products for J&J in Asia Pacific Region working with the Regional R&D and Marketing Teams. We went through a weeklong workshop where we actually developed many value propositions for one of J&J Businesses using the process outlined in this course.
