Overview
This course has been designed for people seeking to understand the nature of conflict and provides a series of techniques to deal effectively with conflict and hostility.
Students can be drawn from any environment where conflict, anger and hostility are encountered either by telephone or in personal contact with clients, customers or the public at large.
The course will provide the student with a thorough knowledge of the subject and includes the basic concepts of conflict management, techniques for managing conflict effectively, listening and negotiation techniques as well as how to cope with crises.

On completion of your course, you will receive the dual award:
Award 1 is issued by Stonebridge Associated Colleges: Conflict Management Certificate
Award 2 is issued by our Awarding Body: Level 2 Conflict Management Award
At the end of this course successful learners will also receive a Level 2 NCFE Award Certificate of Achievement. Our course has been accredited under our NCFE IIQ Licence and the course measurable learning outcomes have been benchmarked at Level 2 (using Ofqual's Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) level descriptors) to allow you to consider the depth of study, difficulty, and level of achievement involved.
