The CIPD Human Resource Management/Development Certificate/ Diploma Advanced Level 7 programme offers you the flexibility to complete the full Diploma in one go, or alternatively build up to it through the Certificate or Award. The full Diploma programme includes a variety of Core Strategic Management modules, blended with a variety of either HR or L&D specific modules. These modules explore talent and reward management, employment law and employee relations, or leadership development, talent development, designing, delivering and evaluating L&D provision and organisational learning.

Course media
Description
This programme is delivered using blended methods to provide you with a truly flexible experience. Designed in a modular format with a flipped learning approach, you will complete each module over a 6- 8 week period. Within each module you will typically attend a one or two day workshop at your chosen city centre location and receive specially designed online CIPD flexible learning materials. You also have a dedicated facilitator on hand to offer you support at your workshops, via email and phone and on the DPG community, our award winning online platform which you can use 24/7 to support your studies.
The Diploma programme consists of 8 modules, 4 Core and 4 Optional, including:

Who is this course for?
This programme is right for you if you are involved in implementing HR or L&D strategy and policies and want to gain Chartered membership of the CIPD. Set at postgraduate level, the Advanced Certificate/ Diploma is the most widely recognised qualification in HR and L&D. Highly respected by employers, most job adverts state being CIPD qualified as an essential requirement.
If you have HR or L&D management experience and are comfortable studying at postgraduate level, this is the programme for you. If you have studied at degree level or higher in a business related area but do not have HR or L&D management experience, this programme could still be right for you. In this scenario we would strongly recommend you gain access to a mentor during your studies, or consider taking our Intermediate Certificate programme first.
Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this programme. If, like many of our other learners, you have not studied for a long time, rest assured we will support you every step of the way. If you have already completed part of the programme elsewhere or looking to progress from a CIPD Intermediate qualification, you can join one of our programmes at any time.
Career path
This programme will fast track your career progression into a Senior HR or L&D role. This Diploma qualification will enable you to progress towards Chartered membership of CIPD.
