Description

The four unit modules you will learn on the CIPD Level 3 Foundation in People Practice are:

  • Unit 1: Essentials of People Practice - Introduces employee lifecycle, policies and regulations in people practice. It explores a diverse array of specialist subjects such as recruitment, talent management, reward and learning & development
  • Unit 2: Core Behaviours for People Professionals - Gain insight into various customer-focused business approaches using ethical principles. It considers how certain ways of thinking/acting should be universally consistent
  • Unit 3: Business, Culture and Change in Context - Considers the impact of external influences and how the digital and commercial environment shapes culture
  • Unit 4: Principles of Analytics - Focuses on how to utilities diverse range of analytics and evidence is essential to rationalise and enhance working practices and decision making

Note: Blended learning classroom will be running on weekends only (flexible timing depending on tutors availability)

Requirements

This CIPD Level 3 is for beginners. You don't need any formal qualifications to get started. This qualification is perfect for you if you are new to HR or currently working in a supporting role!

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish.
