Description

Moods affects our day, happy mood promotes a happy and productive day and unhappy mood will be counterproductive. Moods like anger and depression poses greater impacts in our lives and a day-to-day living with these moods is totally stressful and may need professional help to deal with it with the use of tools, methodologies and techniques that are proven can help with a mood disorder and this is called mood disorder management.

At the end of this course, students shall learn how to:

To achieve these goals, this course shall make use of interactive materials to present the concepts of the topics to be discussed. Assessments shall be done after the entire course to check for knowledge retention and understanding.
