Human resource management focuses on recruiting people, managing people, employee performance development and organization development. Once people are hired human resource management provides training, takes care of their compensation and benefits, ensures wellness and safety, promotes workplace culture and environment and motivates them.
Developing a positive attitude is needed to be able to juggle with all the tasks that the human resource manager has to deliver. Communicating effectively is essential to promote a positive workplace culture and environment, as well as to efficiently motivate employees towards one goal.
At the end of this course, students shall learn how to:

To achieve these goals, this course shall make use of interactive materials to present the concepts of the topics to be discussed. Assessments shall be done after the entire course to check for knowledge retention and understanding.
