Simply set up a Universal Course Credit account with a fixed £ amount and select the courses and quantities as you go. Receive access to all courses on receipt of payment.

Courses will then sit on your system until you are ready to allocate them to your employees. Leaving you in complete control of who accesses each course and with a full set of training records of progress and completion for audit purposes.
