Description

This course is all about how to use a 3+1 Property Strategy to achieve financial freedom. The 3 + 1 strategy involves having 3 buy-to-let investment properties plus 1 property to live in. In addition to this, we also consider other strategies but the main focus is on 3+1. We run the numbers, we look at how it works and why it works.

We do briefly consider alternatives to property as the investment vehicle, but we consider it to be the best. If you want to get on the property ladder, if you are wondering how and where to start - then this course is for you. We explain the strategy that you can use to 'practically retire'. Everyone needs to have a plan for the future - what is yours? How are you going to support yourself financially once your working days are over? What are you going to do? How are you going to do it?

WE look at ways to raise finance, different mortgage products, how to withdraw income from your property (the pros and cons of each method), and fast growth portfolio strategies. WE look at the steps to take, how to decide on what to buy and where to look. We look at the historical nature of the property market how it affects the UK and what inflation does.

The material included is a fast-start checklist to property management. The things we need to have in place to make this business a passive, stress-free organisation. You should take this course if you want to learn about property investing quickly and easily. Your tutor has attended varius property seminars over the years and invested thousands of pounds on learning this material. Take the short cut route and learn what to do and what not to do.

This is likely to be one of the best investments that you ever make for your future self. This course will take approx 2 hours to complete.

At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
