Overview

Explore graphic design through a  range of assignments, from typography and layout to packaging and marketing using design materials and software applications including Photoshop, Illustrator,  and InDesign.
Develop your comprehension of design through projects, demonstrations and practical exercises. This course has been designed for those learners who do not have time to complete a full Diploma to continue to develop their skills and knowledge. Can be used as a fast-track to Level 3.

Description

Graphic Design concepts and techniques through typography, layout design and colour. Explore professional software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.  You will create publcity materials such as posters and flyers, corporate design and packaging design.

Requirements

Level 2. You should already have a graphic design level 1 qualification or similar or be able to demonstrate basic design skills and knowledge of at least one creative software package, such as Photoshop.
