About the Certification

Better Business Cases is based on The Five Case Model, which is the UK government’s best practice approach to planning spending proposals and enabling more effective business decisions. The Five Cases – Strategic, Economic, Commercial, Financial and Management – are based on UK Government Treasury guidelines in conjunction with the Welsh Government.
