Who is it for?

This course covers the concepts and guidelines that surround the modelling of business processes. Human aspects of performance are also considered, as well as managing, measure, improving and redesigning processes. It forms part of the industry recognised BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis and combines interactive course content, video, audio and sample questions to thoroughly prepare students to pass the examination with flying colours.
