This ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law course is delivered online and you can access the course 24/7 at your convenient time. This course covers the following mandatory units:

  • Unit 1: Equity and Trusts
  • Unit 2: EU Law
  • Unit 3: EU Law
  • Unit 4: Law of Tort

Guided Learning Hours:

These hours include time spent by a lecturer, trainer, or other appropriate education and training provider leading or assessing a student in real time.

Since you only have to finish the mandatory units, the GLH for this qualification is 480.

Total Qualification Time:

Total Qualification Time consists of GLH and an estimate of the number of hours a learner is likely to spend in preparation, study or assessment, which does not take place under the supervision of a lecturer. The credit value for a qualification is determined by TQT.

The Total Qualification Time is 1200 hours.

The Total Credit value is 120.

Method of Assessment:

Assessment may take place for this ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law course in form of:
