About the Course?

This five-day accredited course provides participants with a thorough grounding in the DSDM®Atern® Agile approach and is comprised of three main elements. The first element provides an overview of the Agile family of approaches and covers:

· What is Agile?

· Choosing the right Agile approach

· Agile Project Management - The Basics

· Roles and Responsibilities

The second element looks at setting up an Agile project and covers:

· Agile Project Management

· The Agile Project Management Process and Products

· Communication

The third element deals with delivering a DSDM®Atern® project and covers:

· Prioritization and Timeboxing

· Agile Control

· Requirements, Estimating

· Agile Planning

Presented by skilled lecturers with extensive experience in the practical application of project management, the course includes examination coaching and practice using sample questions. The Agile Practitioners course is intended for anyone who expects to have a management or leadership role in an Agile project and is specifically built to support anyone who will be using the DSDM®Atern® method. Delegates are expected to have experience of team leading, project management, project assurance/support or user management.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
