What is the APM Project Management Qualification?

The APM Project Management Qualification (SCQF Level 7) is a knowledge-based
qualification. It enables you to demonstrate knowledge of all elements of project
management. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how these
elements interact and how your project fits into your strategic and commercial
environment.

What is assessed?

This qualification assesses the breadth of knowledge in all areas of project
management and covers knowledge areas from the APM Body of Knowledge 7th
edition*. This includes cost planning, conflict resolution, communication, earned
value management, leadership, negotiation, procurement, sponsorship and
teamwork.

How is it assessed?
