Microsoft Project Advanced Training

This course is designed for those who are familiar with the basics of Microsoft Project and are looking to further enhance their skills in project management. The training will provide attendees with a deeper understanding of the advanced features and capabilities of Microsoft Project, allowing them to create and manage complex project plans more efficiently.

Outcome:

Description

This one day course provides practical training on how to plan and schedule projects using Microsoft Project. On completion of the course participants will have acquired the skills needed to create a new project. This will include -entering tasks, resources and cost information; analysing and adjusting schedules with date, dependency and resource constraints; customising and printing Gantt chart views and reports; recording and reviewing task progress against the baseline.
