Who is this course for?
Apprenticeships are primarily aimed at individuals whose job role involves leading and managing teams of staff, for example Intermediate Apprentices may be: Team leaders/Section Managers/Floor Managers, Helpdesk Manager and Trainee Supervisor/Team Co-ordinator
Requirements
You will ideally have Maths, English and ICT qualifications to Level 1, however it is not a requirement that you have these qualifications as your programme of study can include these elements. You will be asked to undertake an Initial Assessment/interview which will ensure you are working at the correct level and that your employment situation meets the needs of the programme.
Career path
Intermediate apprentices, with support and opportunities in the workplace, can progress onto: the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Management other Level 3 Advanced apprenticeships such as Business Administration further education to undertake management, business related or other qualifications.
