Branch Manager 

Are you a driven design-focused specification sales professional with experience in promoting premium Commercial Interior products to Architects, Interior Designers, D&amp;B Companies, Sub Contractors, and End Users? Are you also familiar with project tracking and managing a network of Specialist sub-contractors and installers? If so, we are working with a leading Manufacturer of Design-led Floor Coverings who are seeking to recruit an A&amp;D Sales Consultant to join their team with responsibility for promoting their products in Central London with an emphasis on targeting and working closely with the A&amp;D Community. The Role To promote our client’s high quality, market-leading range of Floor Covering solutions, mainly via Interior Designers, Architects, and end users’ clients by raising awareness, generating sales and hitting agreed targets whilst working closely with other members of the team both internally and externally. Responsibilities Raise our client’s profile within the central London area, expanding the existing customer base, devising, and executing strategic targeted business plans and sharing project information resulting in overall sales growth. Manage, develop, and grow key accounts. Networking and entertaining clients and customers during and after working hours. Candidates must ideally have a background in Flooring, Acoustics, Textiles, Fabrics, Wallcoverings, Furniture or closely aligned commercial interior products. Ability to manage own area, and introduce tailored customer solutions to drive sales forward. New business focused with the ability to grow, nurture, and develop long-established key accounts. Proven track record and a proactive approach to Solution Selling and having strong existing relationships with Key Designers and Specifiers in London Competent IT skills are required - MS Office, Word, Outlook etc. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail. Sound commercial acumen and an ability to communicate with colleagues and customers to assist in the closing of sales opportunities. Branch Sales Manager

You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers and identifying and closing new sales opportunities with a broad customer base including Construction Companies, Developers, Housebuilders, Fit Out Companies, Cladding Companies and Roofing Companies. Customer Service and Performance · To follow up and file quotations issued to check competitiveness and secure sales. To provide feedback on pricing levels to Managers. To maintain the content and accuracy of the sales daybook. To assist with project tracking of potential business. To answer general customer enquiries, advising product availability, delivery dates, transport schedules, and product lead times promptly and accurately To deal with customer complaints fairly and reasonably to resolve problems quickly and satisfactorily for all parties concerned. To proactively call nil spend/dormant/targeted accounts as requested by Management. To respond to telephone sales enquiries, pricing in accordance with current guidelines, to maximize their profitable conversion to orders. To assist in collecting cash from debtors, where this is appropriate. To receive, examine, and link confirmation orders, advising any amendments necessary to originals. To check and confirm dates and content of direct deliveries as they fall due To pass checked and confirmed direct deliveries daily to invoicing To liaise with suppliers on schedules for incoming goods for specific orders. To liaise with the Transport Manager to advise customers of any alterations to delivery schedules. To keep own price lists current and updated. To assist in maintaining current and updated price lists and manufacturer literature at the branch. To assist with periodic stock takes where required.
