Requirements As the Fundraising Manager, you will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar fundraising position. You will offer an engaging personality, outstanding relationship and rapport building skills, an organised and methodical way of working, with proven success of raising significant funds from a variety of sources. To ensure your success as the Fundraising Manager, you will also: Deliver clear and informative communication skills (both written and verbal!) Have previous experience within a non-profit organisation (highly desirable). Be IT proficient, with the ability to adapt to various software. Be able to work efficiently, prioritise well and offer exceptional project management skills. Have a fantastic work ethic and moral drive.
