Regency was founded over two decades ago to provide a premium recruitment service to the Banking and Investments industry, alongside niche clients from a variety of sectors.

When traditional means of Candidate sourcing began to fail we applied proactive search and selection themes usually only associated with specialist Head Hunting firms.

We were also one of the first Consultancies to offer flexible meeting opportunities to Candidates, often going out of our way to travel to destinations more easily accessed by those restricted by rigid working hours.
